Sebastian Fletcher Ltd is owned by our CEO and Consultant Solicitor Mr Arvin Narendra (LLB BA-HR ESQ) who has been a solicitor since 2008. Arvin has represented many clients yearly at the First Tier and Upper Tier Tribunal courts for welfare benefits appeals. Arvin used to work at a large national law firm as the Head of Department for the social security welfare benefits civil law department and was in charge of 6-10 paralegals, trainee solicitors and associate solicitors across 3 offices (London to Birmingham) Arvin has over 19 years experience representing clients for welfare benefits appeal cases and has a high success rate. Arvin also can assist clients to complete claim forms for medical related benefits and also represent clients for general complaint cases against the DWP. Arvin has experience of criminal law benefit fraud cases and used to represent clients at Magistrates Courts and Crown Courts and the High Court for Criminal appeal cases one was worth over £100,000 of alleged fraudulent claims. Arvin has experience representing clients also at PACE interviews under caution at the DWP or Local Authority investigation departments therefore this experience can contribute towards his overpayment appeal case representation. Arvin has also been instructed by various law firms who act as Deputy for individuals who cannot manage their benefits finances, Arvin is instructed to represent their clients for First Tier or Upper Tribunal appeal cases. Arvin also supervises a charity regarding welfare benefits advice. Arvin is registered under the SRA as a qualified solicitor and attends the County Courts as a Duty Solicitor for General Possession cases.
